Our bartenders need to have a strong experience in craft beers and current hand-crafted drinks. Prohibition-style cocktails, mules, and specialty drinks featuring various liquors will test our bartenders in consistency and knowledge. Bartenders also engage with our guests with knowledge about our 82 craft beers on tap, sharing tasting notes, the most popular brews and encouraging flight sales.
Hosts will greet our guests, handle incoming reservations and also assist our servers on busier evenings. The available host
positions are approximately 20 hours per week and include weekdays, weekends & daytime shifts. Applicants also need to feel
comfortable in working with iPad applications in an accurate but quick manner.
Our servers are challenged daily! We work with a 3-course dinner menu featuring chef-inspired creations along with a challenging drink menu. During the day, Foster's offers a lunch menu that encourages our guests to relax on our outdoor patio or unique plates not to be found elsewhere. On Sundays starting in March, we will be offering a new brunch menu. Engage our guests in lively, attentive conversation and over-perform in your position and you will be rewarded with great tips from our guests.
Foster's Pint & Plate in Rogers is currently accepting applications for experienced line cooks.
All applicants must be able to work various hours including shifts for lunch, dinners, and a Sunday brunch. Intermediate kitchen skills are needed at Foster's Pint & Plate and your culinary knowledge will be tested during an interview since our cooks need to display the ability to follow directions. We operate a high-volume scratch kitchen with seasonal menu changes to highlight local favorites
(ex: Chicken & Waffles, Shrimp & Grits, artisan pizzas, and specialty burgers).
